I am a senior public sector professional with experience spanning policy design, strategic coordination, governance, operations, communications, and executive advisory work. Over more than 14 years in the Victorian public sector, I have supported senior leaders in central agencies, portfolio departments, statutory authorities, and parliamentary offices.
My work has involved translating complex problems into clear advice, improving the quality of decision-making materials, coordinating across functions and agencies, and helping organisations respond effectively in fast-moving and often ambiguous environments. I bring a calm, practical, and delivery-focused approach to policy and strategy work.

Advised the Deputy Secretary, Secretary, and broader transport portfolio on public policy and implementation matters, with a strong focus on briefing quality, strategic coordination, and navigating ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
